We welcome visitors to the Nature Sanctuary by appointment. Be sure to wear sturdy shoes – our trails are natural, sometimes muddy, and always full of surprises. (Please note that Animal Sanctuary Tours are booked separately but often can be arranged to coincide with a Nature Sanctuary tour.)

• Beaver Greeting: If the stars align, you may meet members of our resident beaver family.
• Bird Walks: Perfect for birdwatchers eager to spot species that call the sanctuary home. In the last quarter century, 196 bird species have been seen on the property.
• Plant, Mushroom, and Tree Walks: Discover the incredible diversity of native plants and fungi in our habitats; learn how to identify trees in winter, and discover the secrets of plant propagation.
