From Carley – “Ok, so here is what I need to say. I just love being here. It’s that simple. I have spent more time here on this farm now than anywhere else before. Which is a good thing if you knew where I came from. I love when visitors come up to see us and some of them have never seen a donkey before. I go slow and then come up to the fence for them to pet me. It is such a special thrill when tiny people come. I love to hear them giggle. My donkey family is right with me and they enjoy the visitors too. It feels important that we let them meet us. I am grateful for all of them who come and see us. Our human family tells us that we do important work. And I think that is just wonderful. I am just a little white donkey. But I can still have an impact in the world. I am grateful to know that.”
