Harley

Harley is a mini-horse gelding estimated to have been born in 2019 and came to the farm in spring of 2024. Harley came from a serious neglect situation with his two friends Harriet and Houdini. The three of them suffered terrible foot problems after being left without care for too long. Harley is a cutie and he knows it. He has as much character as he does good looks. He has the most outgoing and friendly personality and loves meeting new people. This little herd of three is very bonded but Harley plays too rough with his donkey buddy Houdini sometimes and we have to watch that they don’t get too carried away. You can’t help but burst into smiles and laughter when you meet Harley in person. His joy of life is contagious.

“If someone tells me I can run then I’m going to fly. If they tell me I can do anything I want, then I will always aim to do the most and the best that I can do. I love this life. I love this body I am in. And I love making people happy. When people come to visit us here, I am a serious ambassador to our farm. We are so happy to be here. Life is good again and that makes me fly high with joy.”
