Tessie was born in 2008 and came to the farm in 2009 after being found as a stray cat. She was adopted out for a time from 2012 to 2016 and was returned after her person took ill and was unable to care for her. Tessie has let us know that she wants to stay here now as she considers this her forever home. She is the head female cat in her room and is quite happy in her job. Tessie is a love but can be very reserved and makes it clear to us what she prefers in life. It is our job to listen and honor her desire.
